Your enquiry information

The Green Agents Limited uses the details you enter to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support or samples you requested.

What the form records

Your name, business name, email address, any optional phone number, team size, selected interest and message. The form also records its page and any campaign tags on the link, so we can understand where enquiries come from.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is saved in the website’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. John can view the details in his private enquiry inbox. Email notifications use FormSubmit and contain only a message that a new enquiry has arrived and a link to the private inbox. Visitors’ names, contact details and messages are not included in those notifications or sent to FormSubmit.

A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions and is cleared during a later submission after its rate-limit window expires.

Google Analytics records a successful-enquiry event only if you have accepted analytics cookies. The event does not include your name, email, phone number or message. Declining analytics does not stop you sending an enquiry.

Email john@thegreenagents.co.uk about your enquiry information, or to ask for it to be corrected or removed. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
